Digital Skills Training
It is great having someone do something for you, but even better for someone to teach you so you can do it yourself next time.
Profound History takes pride in helping clients develop digital skills that will help them in their work. There are plenty of courses and online tutorials for people who already have good IT skills. Profound History specialises in helping people who lack the confidence and know-how to access material designed for those who already know how to do a lot.
We can provide sessions for small groups of people where we use clear communication to teach digital skills to people who find ‘tech talk’ bamboozling. Profound History recognises that building the confidence of learners is critical for participants to successfully gain skills. We provide a follow-up mentoring service after each training session to encourage participants to apply their new skills at work. We believe that people of all ages, ethnic backgrounds and genders have the same capacity to learn and develop skills.
Profound History’s Yvonne Perkins is a qualified and experienced adult educator. She can run workshops and provide one-on-one mentoring sessions to teach the following skills:
- Managing a WordPress website
- Creating Excel spreadsheets
- Formatting Word documents.
Each training session is carefully designed to meet the needs of the participants. Contact Profound History now to discuss your requirements for digital skills training.
